He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Levinson and Sidney Levinson. He is survived by: his wife Ann Kaufman; his daughters, Elise Glynn (Jim), Susan Levinson (David Schwartz) and Karen Levinson (Ron Basso); his grandson Cary Glynn (Jenya); and his brother-in-law Michael Schneider. He is also survived by 4 nieces and a nephew.
