She was predeceased by: her parents, Trofim Rachok and Mary Rachok (Dombrowski); her husband Jack (Jack); and her siblings, Frank, Alexander, Olga, Eleanor, Pauline and Mary Ann.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard Filipowski of Danbury, CT and Kathy DeRose (Dan Conklin) of Middletown, NY.; her grandchildren, Kristi O'Sullivan (Ryan), Liam Filipowski, Joseph "Joe" DeRose (Victoria) and Ashley DeRose; and her great grandchild Reagan DeRose. She is also survived by several brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
