He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard K. Bernhardsen and Helen Bernhardsen (Bjorkstrom); and his brothers, Willard Bernhardsen and Keith Bernhardsen. He is survived by: his wife Patrica Bernhardsen; his children, Karl Eric Bernhardsen and Molly Bernhardsen; his siblings, David Bernhardsen (Theresa) and Linnea Vail; and his sister-in-law Sandy Loveland (Skip). He is also survived by nieces and nephews as well as his co-workers.
