She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter William Simpson and Inez Babcock Simpson; her husband Joseph Salvati; her stepson Jeff Salvati; and her siblings, Richard C. Simpson, Donald Wayne Simpson Sr., Walter William Jr., Ida Kniffin, Bertha King, Marilyn Taylor, Patricia Miller, Judy Boyce, Janet Young, Betty Lou Simpson, Cheryl Kowalczik, Brenda Mitchell and Gail Simpson.
She is survived by: her friend Grace; and her stepdaughter Karen Robinson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
