She was predeceased by: her parents, Concepcion "Conso" Acosta and Bibiana Rivera-Laboy; and her brother Benjamin. She is survived by: her husband Felipe "Pipe" Rivera; her children, Felipe Jr. (Shannon), Gamaliel (Sandra), Brenda (Marcelo) and Vivian (Jose); her grandchildren, Giselle (Reynaldo), Melissa (Jay), Zuleika (Lionel), Jose, Erica (Diego), Robbie, Nicole (Jon), Jazmin (Mark) and Alex (Abby); and her great grandchildren, Alyana, Giuliana, Arabelle, Jose Jr., Jay Jr., Ezekiel and Kai. She is also survived by 9 siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
