She was predeceased by: her husband Ronald Phillips; her parents, Beatrice Babcock and Andy Babcock; her sister Marie DiPirro; her siblings-in-law, Donna Phillips, Stan and Roger Phillips; and her son-in-law Robert Beairsto.
She is survived by: her children, Jeffery Phillips (Jezzreel) and Tammy Costello (Brian); her grandchildren, Jozef Phillips, Tara McCullers (Kevin), Shanna Beairsto (Martin Rutyna) and Ryan McClanahan (Tiphany); her great grandchildren, Jericho and Isla; her sister Theresa Cross (Jim); her sister-in-law Cammy Phillips; her cousin Gloria Eason; and her friend Carol Richmond. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
