She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Francis and Jeanette Kelleher Duffy; her husband Edward Bernaski; and her brother Charles Francis Duffy Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Michele Smith (Thomas), Richard Bernaski (Bonnie) of Middletown and Mary Jo McComb (Michael) of Smyrna, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Ryan Bernaski (Jennifer), Lauren Law (Ben), Bryan Smith (Chelsea), Christopher Smith (Lauren), Nicole Sikes (Stephen), MacKenzie McComb and Tyler McComb. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
