He is survived by: his siblings, Francisco Serrano, Ephraim Serrano, Sonia Harvey, Beatrice Serrano, Rolando Serrano, Carlos Torres, Orlando Torres, Carmen Hansen, Maria Alvarez and Milagros Garcia. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
