She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Scott, Sr. and Dorothea Dena Fisher Scott; her children, Joseph Blair-Keys and Paula E. Cooper; her grandchildren, Kyle Keys, Elisha S. Delaney and Sonya M. Cummings; and her brothers, Richard Raymond Talon, Percy William Scott and Charles A. "Sonny" Scott, Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Edward Keys of Slate Hill, NY; her children, Randolph Keys (Roberta) of Slate Hill, NY, Douglas Blair of Middletown, NY, Terri Delaney (Benjamin S. Delaney, Sr.) of Alexandria, VA and Toni Keys of Middletown, NY.; her siblings, Jay Donald Scott, Marcia Wilson, Stormala Spears, Lisa Scott and Jacqueline Scott; and her grandchildren, Randolph E. Keys, Danual Keys, Joseph Keys, Dominique Keys-Still, Semaj Mims-Blair, Dorothy Brown, Natasha Woods, Nikijah Blair, Chase Blair, David Blair, James Blair, Arthur Blair, Prince Blair, Benjamin Delaney, Jr., Hannah Delaney, Edwina Keys, Janel Snell, Edward Keys, Kawi Scott, Joseph Scott and Sheldon Cooper. She is also survived by 18 Great Grandchildren: Also numerous nieces and nephews.
