She is survived by: her children, Bonnie O'Donnell, Charles W Culver Jr. (Sandy) and Karen Palmer (Michael Sr.); her brothers, David Voorhees and Charles Voorhees; her grandchildren, Michael, Brian Palmer (Erin), Charles W Culver III (Gretchen), Kaycie O'Donnell, Justin Palmer and Jason Palmer; and her great grandchildren, Noah Palmer, Forrest Palmer and Dylan Palmer.
