She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Joe and Ann Joe. She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Masker (Keith); her grandchildren, Dustin and Madison; her son Brian Wilcox; and her sister Eileen Joe. She is also survived by her family, friends.
