She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Cortese and Mary Catizone Cortese; her husband Ronald C. O'Sullivan; and her close friend Edwin Dirr (Eddie). She is survived by: her sons, Dennis (Dru) and Patrick O'Sullivan (Teena); her sister Annette Carpenter; her grandchildren, Matthew (Michele), Cory, Dean, Brynn, Emma O'Sullivan (Dylan Sweeney) and Devin Dawson; and her great grandchildren, Jillian and Finn O'Sullivan.
