She was predeceased by: her parents, Tomas Lugo and Pura Velez Lugo; her husband Ivan Vazquez; and her siblings, Justo Lugo, Dolly Irizarry (Cirilo Irizarry) and Sixto Radames Lugo.
She is survived by: her sons, Ivan Thomas Vazquez of Cumming, GA and Eric Vazquez of Middletown; her grandchildren, Ivan Harrison Vazquez (Colleen McClintock) of Washington, DC and Gabrielle Elizabeth Vazquez of Cumming, GA; her brother Tomas Lugo of Las Vegas, NV; her sister-in-law Thelma Lugo; and her sibling's children, Dereck Vazquez, Dwain Vazquez, Jason Vazquez, Erica Bilinski, Maritza Irizarry, Andrew Lugo and Nadine Hernandez.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Cornelius, Dodd & Connell Inc. Funeral Home (26 Grove St, Middletown, NY 10940). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Church (149 Cottage St, Middletown, NY 10940).
