With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Raymond Patrick Jacob (Middletown, New York), born in Queens, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2025 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Jacob and Dolores King Jacob; his siblings, John, Deborah, Madeline, Brian and Matthew; and his niece Stacey Sofka (Stacela).
He is survived by: his significant other Donna DiCostanzo; the mother of his children Noreen Kelley; his siblings, Lorraine Bloomfield (Karl), Kathleen Wade (Harry), Kevin Jacob (Janet) and Arthur Jacob (Janet); his sister-in-law Dr. Lynne DiCostanzo; and his in-laws, Nick DiCostanzo (Mabel) and Maria DiCostanzo.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Applebee-McPhillips Funeral Home (130 Highland Ave, Middletown, NY 10940). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
