He is survived by: his mother Carol Anne Gilbert of Cincinnati, OH; his sister Jennifer Price (Brian); his close friend Linda Walsh; his uncle Douglas Kolk (Barbara) of Holly Hill, FL; his stepsister Lisa Blatz (Mark) of Conway, SC.; and also Victoria Conklin of Middletown.
