Quimby (Edmond); his grandchildren, Charlee, Miles, Maisyn, Chad, Brooke and Paislee; his nieces and nephews, Christopher, Jonathan Quimby, Elizabeth and Danielle; and his friends, Joseph Fornera of Otisville, Rick Brown of Middletown and John Castlegrande of Huntington, WV..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sam's name should be made to the Washingtonville Little League, 7 Depot St., Washingtonville, NY 10992.
