He is survived by: his children, Patrick Panaro and Cathy-Jo Beairsto (Chad Beairsto) of Middletown, NY.; and his grandchildren, Andrew V. Velazquez, Nicholas L Velazquez and Phoebe Panaro. He is also survived by children nieces and nephews.
