He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Ogilvie and Lulu Ogilvie (Conklin). He is survived by: his close friends, Tommy and Dink; his nephews, Daniel and Andrew; his wife Lisa Ogilvie (Rohe); his daughter Nicole Bukavich (Zach); and his nephew Eddie Kelly. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
