He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Allen and Dorice Allen; his wife Eileen Allen (Carey) of Middletown, NY.; his daughter Dawn Marie Allen; his grandchildren, Cassandra, Gordon and Jordan of Binghamton, NY.; his son Wayne D. Allen, Jr. (Stephanie); and his grandchildren, Caiden and Wayne D. III of Plattsburgh, NY.. He was also cherished by his family and many friends.
