He was predeceased by: his parents, Newton Crossett and Bertha Crossett (Lewis); his sisters, Louise Oldfield (Daniel) and Lorraine Dager (Richard); his siblings-in-law, Hank Robbins and Charlene Crossett; his nephews, Mike and Alan Crossett; and his niece Theresa Colvin.
He is survived by: his wife Jan Howarth-Piayai; his stepdaughter Marie Piayai of St. Louis, MO; his stepgrandchildren, Larry Crossett, Jr. (Lisa) of New Hartford, Lorn Crossett (Pauline) of Newport, Leonard, Lance Crossett of Gray and Matthew Crossett of Herkimer; his siblings, Leslie Crossett of Newport and Linda Robbins of Fairfield; his grandchildren, Courtney, Cassidy, Cullen, Shanley, Jonathon, Lorn and Cody; and his close friends, Karl Stemmer and Dave Valentine. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Middleville Rural Cemetery.
