He is survived by: his wife Toni Couse; his children, David (Katie Couse), Phil (Nicole Couse), Tabytha (Adam Loften) and Michelle (Chuck Hite); his grandchildren, Brian, Christopher, Lillian, Skyler, Hailey, Emma, Brayden, Alex, Riley, Inara and Calvin; and his siblings, Dale Couse, Maggie, Gwen and Dennis White.
