She was predeceased by : her father Christopher Loggia. She is survived by : her husband Ronn Wilt; her children, Jeffrey Wilt, Debra Murphy (Patrick), Sean Wilt, Rebecca Hunter (Michael), Ronnie Wilt and Danielle Molella (Joseph); her brothers, Joseph Loggia and Christopher Loggia; her grandchildren, Alexis Murphy, Shannon Grey, Ciara Grey, Robert Hunter and Rachel Hunter; and her stepgranddaughters, Johnna Murphy and Amelia Molella.

In lieu of flowers, the family insists that people make a donation in memory of Carolyn to Hudson Valley Hospice Foundation, Catholic Charities USA, or PanCAN.
