He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Powers, and Anna Isabel Powers, Sr. (Halpin); and his siblings, Thomas J. and Ann T. Powers. He is survived by: his spouse Marion C. Miller; his daughters, Patricia (John Bennett) of Fishkill, Ann (Christopher Mauriello) of Swampscott, Massachusetts and Ellen (William BreMiller) of Millbrook; his great grandchildren, Quinn Kotzur and Carter Bennett; and his brother Michael Powers (Nadine) of Florida. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
