She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Flood and Millicent Flood (Brinkerhoff); her son James B. Covert, Jr.; her grandson Clark Covert; her niece Melissa Fuller Cahill; and her brother Thomas J. "Tom" Flood.
She is survived by: her son Edward Covert (Kay) of Millerton; her siblings, Joseph Flood (Jean) of Hillsdale, NY and Doris Reeves of Florida; her daughter-in-law Jeanette Covert of Cherry Hill, NJ; her siblings-in-law, Patricia Flood of Millerton, Janel Barnhill of Texas and Robert Fuller (Natha) of Texas; her grandchildren, Fawna, Robert, Josephine, Colleen, Lauren, LeNita and Carina (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Mia, Asher, Tealin, Amelia, Madeline, Charlotte, Kennedy, Emmett and Elliott. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
