He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Padilla and Caroline Padilla; his brother Chris; his daughters, Wilma and Dolly; and his grandchildren, Jesse and Joseph.

He is survived by: his wife Juanita "Jay"; his children, Lisa, Corine, Debi, Cole, Evelyn, Diane, Cheryl, Sharon, Jayne and Isabelle; and his sisters, Caroline and Theresa. He is also survived by 26 Grandchildren, 43 Great Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Great Grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and cousin.
