She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Woodring and Jewell Bouchard (Newcom); and her stepfather Bob Bouchard. She is survived by: her husband John H. Belt of Minetto, NY; her children, Jennifer R. Belt of Oswego, NY and John M. Belt of Minetto, NY; her grandson Dylan Belt Patterson of Oswego, NY; her brother Jerry; her sister-in-law Bobbie Sue Woodring; her extended family, Maggie and Matthew Hill; Sophia and Anna.
