He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Tarr and Vivian Tarr; his half-sister Betty Ann; his brother-in-law Pete; his brothers, Bob, Allan and Danny; and his sister-in-law Donna (Allan).
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Michelle (Jeff), Tara (Leigh), Chris (LeAnn) and Melissa (Phil); his siblings, Mary (Karl), Jim and Tom (Lori); his sisters-in-law, Kathy Tarr (Bob) and Becky Tarr (Danny); his nephews, Casey, Dean and Daniel; his niece Karen; Scottsbluff. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in David's memory to either the Black Watch Library in Ticonderoga, NY, or to the Gering Public Library Foundation in NE.
