He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Vona and Marilyn Vona; his sister Bernadette Danforth; his nephew Daniel Murphy; and his aunt Patricia George.
He is survived by: his son Gary Vona; and his sister Kathleen Murphy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the R. H. Schepp & Son Minoa Chapel (6530 Schepps Corners Rd, Kirkville, NY 13082).
