He was predeceased by: his wife Connie. He is survived by: his daughters, Brie DeForge (Aaron), Kerri Bowles and Tammy Pugh; his grandchildren, Laden, Ava, Robert, Kaden, Aaron and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Parker and Rylee. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
