She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Frederick and Hazel Frederick (Baker); and her husband Herman Congdon II. She is survived by: her children, Ricky Congdon (Lisa), Linda Lawrence, Herman Congdon III (Kim), Joseph Congdon and Paul Congdon; and her sister Dorothy L. Frederick-Dodson-Russ. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, and several great-great-grandchildren.
