She was predeceased by : her parents, Floyd N. Ford and Doris Ford (Boudry); and her husband Robert Leon Church. She is survived by : her sons, Robert Jr., Gary Slavin, David (Tina), Dale (Janice), Mark (Robin) and Michael Church of Mohawk; and her brother David Ford (Gloria) of Herkimer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fenner Funeral Home Inc. (115 Court St, Herkimer, NY 13350). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
