He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Cox Sr. and Dolores Cox (Lamica); his son Justin Cox; and his siblings, Jean, Lorena Gero Cox, Marcel Cox, Owen Cox Jr. and John.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Roach; his children, Paul Cox of Brushton and Shelby (Daniel Cole) of Moira; his grandchildren, Elijah Baker, Gunnar Cole and Rorik Cole; and his siblings, Randy Cox (Diana) of Bangor, Vickey Cox of Paducah and Lisa Dillabough of Brushton. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
