He is survived by: his wife Wilda Niles; his children, Garrett Shutts (Rebecca Haggarty) of Brushton and Brittany; his son-in-law David Normandin of South Bombay; his grandchildren, Blake, Juliet, Jovi, Gabriel and Baylor Normandin; his siblings, Robin Shutts of Moira, Thomas Shutts and Corinne Shutts-Niles; and his brother-in-law Leo LaPage of Moira. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
A reception will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Flint Funeral Home (8 NY-95, Moira, NY 12957). A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, October 25th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Bangor Community Center.
