He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold E. Dibble, Sr. and Marcella Morgan Dibble; his wife Sandra Guerin; and his brother Norman Dibble. He is survived by: his daughter Jennifer Howland of Russell; his granddaughters, Lillian Howland and Olivia Howland; his siblings, Francis Dibble of Malone and Diana (James Botsford) of Salem, Alabama; and his sister-in-law Linda Dibble of Dickinson.
