She is survived by: her parents, Thomas Lake and Paula Lake (Lamica) of Malone; her significant other Steven Ghostlaw of North Bangor; her children, Victoria and Alexander; her mother-in-law Connie Ghostlaw; her brother Matthew Lake of North Bangor; her sister-in-law Bernadette St (John); and her nieces, Natalie and Emily St. Mary.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:15 PM at the Flint Funeral Home (8 NY-95, Moira, NY 12957). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Tuesday, December 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (1347 Washington St, Brushton, NY 12916).
Memorial contributions in Sarah's honor may be made to a charity of one's choice, or to local programs that support children and families—reflecting Sarah's lifelong devotion to nurturing young hearts.
