Van Etten (Eli) of Neversink and Christopher Heinz (Charlotte Brennan-Heinz) of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Molly Van Etten and Jacob Van Etten; and his brother Max Heinz (Maria) of Carolina Shores, NC. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
