She was predeceased by: her parents, Andres Talavera and Ana Talavera (Caban); her husband Gilberto Loperena Garcia; and her daughter Carmen Bloom. She is survived by: her son Gilberto Garcia of Jamaica, NY; her son-in-law Gary Bloom of Monroe, NY; her grandchildren, Brenden Bloom (Ashley) and Annamaria Bloom; her great grandchildren, Eli and Ajay Blazeski; and her daughter-in-law Santa Maria. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
