He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Gehring Dupper of Monroe, NY; his children, Russell Dupper of Monroe, NY, Brendan Dupper (Allison) of Campbell Hall, NY and Amanda Dupper Wolf (David) of Pine Bush, NY; his daughter-in-law Tara Dupper of Newburgh, NY; his grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan, Charlize and Brianna Dupper; and his brother Douglas Dupper (Janet Castellano).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Woodbury Animal Shelter or the Regional Food Pantry of the Hudson Valley in honor of Charles.
