He is survived by: his children, Gene Alvarez (Noreen), Rafael Alvarez (Amy), Robert Alvarez (Victoria), Timothy Alvarez and Cloty Davis (Jim); his grandchildren, Gene Alvarez, Jeffrey Alvarez, Christopher Alvarez, Michael Alvarez, Danielle Alvarez, Allison Price, Gabriella Alvarez, Nathaniel Alvarez, Samuel Rummell and Zachary Rummell; and his great grandchildren, Lucas Wain and Joseph Roberto.
