McGurk of Monroe, NY, Richard Herbik (Tara) of Browns Mills, NJ and Robert Herbik (Lisa) of Washingtonville, NY.; her grandchildren, Ryan McGurk (Caitlin) of Cheshire, CT, Rebecca Creighton (Michael) of Adelanto, CA, Max Herbik of Washingtonville, NY and Jack McGurk (Kristen) of Woodlawn, NY.; and her great grandchildren, Reagan, Nolan and Mikey.
