He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Sibson of Mahwah, NJ and Joseph J. Walter; his wife Ellen Walter of Monroe, NY; his children, Thomas Mojo of Quincy, MA, Erin Walter-Panko (Michael) of Montgomery, NY, Amie Abate (Robert) of Newburgh, NY and Meghan Vesley (Nicholas) of Belmont, NC; his sisters, Denise Westley (Barry) of Marysville, WA, Eileen Fitzgerald (Tim) of Hudson, OH, Elizabeth Hespe (Tom) of Belton, MO, Nancy Williams of Flemington, NJ, Claire Walter-Parker (Harold) of Millsboro, DE and Gail Pacifico of Washington, NJ; and his grandchildren, Jace, Luke, Abraham, Penelope, Samuel and Kalle. He was also cherished by uncle, his mother's favorite son, the best grandpa to his beloved grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush Funeral Home (117 Maple Ave, Monroe, NY 10950). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (26 Still Rd, Monroe, NY 10950).
