He is survived by: his father Robert Greene; his stepmother Linda Greene; his children, Patrick Greene Jr. and Aubrey Greene; his siblings, Robert Greene Jr. and Lori Greene; and his stepsisters, Lauren Mucciolo and Marissa Kennedy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
