He is survived by: his wife Pauline Ossentjuk of Chester, NY; his children, Susanne Ossentjuk (Ken Dwyer) of Montgomery, NY and Walter Ossentjuk of Florida, NY; his grandsons, Michael and Cody Ossentjuk of Florida, NY; and his brother-in-law Fred VanDerMeulen (Joan). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
