He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blum and Mary Blum (Behegan). He is survived by: his wife Sara Blum of Monroe, NY; his stepsons, Richard Polizzi (Darlene) of Prunedale, CA and Dean Polizzi (Jamesia) of Swan Lake, NY; his sister Laura Goodman of Cave Creek, AZ; his nieces and nephews, Laurie Jouflas, Nancy Laemle, Robert Goodman and Michael Goodman; his grandsons, Dino Polizzi and Leo Polizzi; and his stepgrandchild Quincy Daniels.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Smith, Seaman & Quackenbush, Inc. Funeral Home (117 Maple Ave, Monroe, NY 10950). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Anastasia Parish Church (110 NY-17M, Harriman, NY 10926).
