He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley and Sarah Decker (Stahl); and his siblings, Ruth Kunkle, Howard Decker, Eva Hutchings, Barbara Seigmyre, Elizabeth Sholes, Wesley Decker Jr. and William Decker.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Decker (Smith); his daughters, Karen Savarese (Daniel) and Kathy Lapp Sr. (Dennis); his grandchildren, Jason Sakowski, Sara Sheffield, Dennis Lapp Jr. (Amanda) and Jarid Lapp; his great grandchildren, Connor, Jaina and Benny; and his pet Roxy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
