She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Conley; her sons, Joseph J. Conley IV (Sarah) and Jonathan E. Conley (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Liam, Luna, Annalise and Vivian.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (137 Clinton St, Montgomery, NY 12549).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the church in Heather's memory.
