It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jay Gillespie of Montgomery, New York, born in Middletown, New York, who passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by : his parents, Russell Gillespie and Gail Gillespie of Montgomery; his wife Russhell McNear Gillespie; his sons, Jacob and Matthew Gillespie; his brothers, Jerry Gillespie (Rachel) of Hoboken, NJ and Mark Gillespie (Michelle) of Montgomery; and his mother-in-law Angela Teschendorf of Florida. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
