He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Sean Quinn (Jennifer), Katie-Anne Venneman (Joseph) and Megan Nicosia (Devin Casano); his grandchildren, Joseph, Brennan, Luke, MaryKate, Maisie, Michael, Riley, Christopher and Brayden; his siblings, Dianne Geiler, Jacqueline Rossi, Thomas Quinn (Patricia), James Quinn (Deborah) and Mary Eileen Hannon (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Penny Quinn and Leroy Harris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins who were part of his extended family.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 18th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Millspaugh Funeral Directors (22 Bank St, Walden, NY 12586). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Mary Church (89 Union St, Montgomery, NY 12549).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Ronald McDonald House (https://www.rmh-newyork.org) or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in John's memory.
