He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Balacich and Emilia Paris Balacich; and his brothers, Albino Balacich, Attilio Balacich and Antonio Balacich.
He is survived by: his wife Patti Balacich; his stepchildren, Damon Hurd and Holly Colella (Christopher); his stepgrandchildren, Caelyn, Lily Hurd, Sara, Emma, Lauren and Hannah Colella; and his siblings, Rita Balacich, Isodoro Balacich (Etta) and Maria Balacich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
