Though Peter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Eugene Schick and Ethel Althiser. He is survived by: his children, Peter Schick Jr. (Beth) of Montgomery, Lori Connolly (Arthur) of Buchanan and Melanie Purcio (Rick) of Henrietta; his brother-in-law Ronald Maile (Judy) of Rochester; and his grandchildren, Jessica Schick-Campbell (Zac), Matthew Schick, Matthew Connolly, Dan Purcio and Colin Ellisen.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, Inc. (39 Orchard St, Walden, NY 12586). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Catholic Church (2800 NY-17K, Bullville, NY 10915). A burial will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Wallkill Valley Cemetery.
